Shipping Time

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. The delivery timeframe would be 10-15 days.

We cannot guarantee delivery time under special circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, social anomalies, etc. If there are special circumstances, we will inform you on the homepage of the store.

*Please note orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes / Parcel Lockers

 

Shipping Fee

1. We provide a Standard Delivery option at a fee of AU$10.99.
2. We provide Free Delivery on orders above AU$300.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

RitKeep includes the customs and taxes applied to your order.

 

Undeliverable Packages

In case a package delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or other factors, we will make every effort to contact you and resolve the situation. Please note that there may be additional shipping fees for reshipment.

 

How To Track Your Order

You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order once your order has shipped. You can use the link we sent to monitor your shipment's status and estimated delivery date.
